The STMicroelectronics High side switch controller with STi2Fuse protection is an Advanced device designed to drive a Power MOSFET in a high side configuration, enabling the implementation of intelligent high side switches for 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V automotive applications. It features a CMOS compatible SPI Interface supporting both 3.3 V and 5 V levels, allowing seamless communication with a host microcontroller. In addition to control functionality, the IC provides integrated protection and diagnostic capabilities, ensuring system reliability and safety across a wide range of automotive environments.
