The combination of this power board and matching iMOTION™ control board EVAL-M3-102T, based on the IMC102T-F064 iMOTION™ controller, creates a powerful inverter + PFC system for evaluating the latest Infineon technologies. The Eval-M3-CM615PN features the IFCM15P60GD, one of the CIPOS™ Mini product family, which combines a 3-phase inverter stage with a PFC stage based on TRENCHSTOP™ IGBTs.
