This fixed installation DC to AC power inverter from RS PRO is a compact electrical device that can be fitted onto car batteries and used to charge appliances.

Blenders, laptops and other devices that plug into wall outlets run on alternating current (AC), while car batteries generally produce direct current (DC). So if you need to charge devices on the road or from a mobile home, DC to AC power inverters are just the thing.

This 1500 W inverter is lightweight and simple to operate, with a chassis mount that fits easily to your vehicle’s battery. It generates pure sine wave – a smoothly varying AC that works best with delicate equipment like computers and radios. An anodised aluminium case provides durability and excellent heat dissipation.
