If you need to convert direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) to power an appliance, this fixed installation DC-AC power adapter from RS PRO is a practical choice. It can output 600 W of power as a pure sine wave, making it well-suited for use with all kinds of electrical products, including uninterruptible power supplies and refrigeration compressors.

The compact, lightweight adapter is housed in a durable anodised aluminium case that offers good heat dissipation. It's easy to operate and features a soft start that prevents jerks and sudden stress on mechanical parts by limiting inrush current.

This power inverter is protected against overheating and overload, as well as over-voltage, short circuiting and reverse polarity. If needed, a low-voltage alarm can shut the adapter down. Tested for safety and reliability, it conforms to standards EN 61000-6-3 (electromagnetic compatibility) and EN 60950-1 on safe information technology equipment.
