The SMC PVQ series is compact proportional solenoid valve with a direct poppet valve construction. The flow rate can be controlled smoothly with one proportional solenoid valve by current control. It used in air blow, spin control of hand piece, blood pressure gauge and vacuum chamber supply flow control.
