The SMC VQZ5 is a 200/300 Series 3-port solenoid valve with base mounting. It is suitable for air and inert gas fluids, with an operating pressure range of 0.1 to 0.7 MPa, and a high-pressure style supporting up to 1.0 MPa. The effective area (mm²) is VQZ200 10 to 8.9 and VQZ300 15.4 to 21.8. The coil rated voltage options include 12VDC, 24VDC, 100VAC, 110VAC, 200VAC, and 220VAC.
