Festo Push-In L Fitting, G 1/8, 6mm Tube - QSRL-G1/8-6

This push-in L fitting from Festo is a pneumatic rotary union that joins a static component with a moving one. Use it to join two parts of your high-pressure system and release gas from one to the other through rotation. Its durable construction is designed to be constantly rotated without causing wear to the joint. It has a G 1/8 threaded end that turns securely in place, while its push-in end has a standard 6mm tube size.

• Chemical-resistant PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) housing material
• Low-friction blue POM (polyoxymethylene) release ring prevents heat buildups
• NBR (nitrile rubber) tubing seal with high tensile strength
• Suitable for lubricated operation
• High-alloy steel retaining claw ensures low corrosion stress

Applications

• Factory automation
• Heavy equipment
• Machine tools
• Medical technology
• Oil and gas industry

How does the retaining claw work?

The retaining claw is positioned inside the fitting and absorbs the vibration from constant rotation to prevent surface damage. It also prevents any high-pressure surges from harming the connection's stability. The claw keeps the push-in fitting tightly in place until the release ring is activated.
