It features a hand lever and a rotary slide valve that can stop a double-acting cylinder along its stroke range. To lock the lever, remove the blue section and you'll find a hole, through which you can insert a padlock. This enables you to secure the lever in three positions, protecting personnel by ensuring it won't budge during maintenance.
