This double-acting guided cylinder from Festo lets you move a load in both directions. It's used with pneumatic proximity sensors for applications that demand precise positioning. The resilient drive is one of the smallest available and needs minimal space. The cylinder provides excellent operational stability thanks to guide rods and a piston that attach to the yoke assembly, preventing the piston from twisting or turning under lateral force. Flexible cushioning rings at either end absorb vibration to reduce noise and stress on other components.
