IMI Norgren Rod End Bearing, Female Connection, Spherical - QM Series - QM/8050/32
Keep your machinery moving smoothly with this rod end bearing from IMI Norgren. It's a mechanically articulating bearing joint designed to enable machine parts to move freely. A universal configuration makes it compatible with different hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders that have a 63mm bore diameter, such as this roundline one (220-4097). Because the rod end bearing is spherical, you can use it for linear, rotary and oscillating movements as part of your automation or mechanical control system.

How does a rod end bearing work?
A rod end bearing features a ball that swivels inside an eye-shaped opening. Once a bolt or rod is passed through this opening, it's able to rotate freely without friction. Rod end bearings are commonly used in automotive steering systems for this reason.
