A deep-groove insert bearing provides a high degree of ball stability, meaning the unit can accommodate heavy static loads of up to 21.6kN and dynamic loads of up to 33.2kN. To ensure the bearing runs at peak performance, contact seals keep out dirt and other contaminants, while a flinger on both sides prevents oil leakage.

How is this pillow block bearing mounted?

This unit is designed to be bolted directly onto a support surface through the fastening holes on either side of the housing. The inner ring is extended on both sides to ensure a secure fit on the shaft, and you can tighten it in place with two sets of locking screws.
