With numerous features at all levels - from design to performance to software and networking, Bosch Rexroth offers much more than just a powerful control system. ctrlX CORE is the consistent, flexible and open control platform that prepares every factory for the future.
ctrlX CORE consistently relies on EtherCAT as the automation bus as standard and fits seamlessly into the standardized ecosystem with consistent engineering. At the same time, the platform supports all common communication standards for connecting to the IT level. The Linux-based operating system is open for the integration of all ctrlX CORE and ctrlX WORKS engineering apps as well as other partners and customer-specific apps. The integrated ctrlX data layer manages communication between apps in real and non-real time.
Power density meets compact design
Thanks to its compact design, the ctrlX CORE X3 embedded controller saves space in the control cabinet compared to conventional control platforms. The 64-bit multicore ARM CPU enables use in many applications.
