Allen Bradley 1766-L32BWAA MicroLogix 1400 Programmable Logic Controller
Experience high performance, superior functionality, and affordability all-in-one with the MicroLogix 1400 Programmable Logic Controller by Allen Bradley.
This powerful and versatile controller has embedded I/O functionality and can also be expanded with rackless compact 1762 I/O modules to meet your requirements, removing added system cost and inventory issues. It is specifically designed to provide greater application coverage area through available embedded analogue inputs, Ethernet communication, faster high-speed counter (HSC), and pulse train output (PTO) capabilities.
This PLC features two built-in digital trim potentiometers, integral real-time clock, and embedded PID. It has data file download protection which provides a high level of program data security as it allows a program to be reloaded into the controller without overwriting protected data. True online editing allows tuning of program, including PID, without going offline, and it has full ASCII (read/write) capability. MicroLogix 1400 modules can be either DIN rail or panel mounted for ease-of-installation.
The 1766-L32BWAA MicroLogix 1400 PLC has 12 digital fast 24V dc inputs, 8 digital normal 24V dc inputs, 12 relay digital outputs, 4 Analogue (12 bits) inputs and 2 Analogue (12 bits) outputs. The line voltage is 120VAC/240VAC.
Features and Benefits:
• Easy to operate: Built-in LCD screen for monitoring controller and I/O status and making changes to bit and integer data
• Large 10k configurable program memory to handle a variety of applications

What is a PLC I/O Module?
- Programmable Logic Controller Input/Output Module
PLCs are complex computers which automate control processes by using programs to communicate electronic signals to machines and devices. In simplified terms, they are usually comprised of three components: A CPU (Central Processing Unit), which is the brain or processor of the system, Inputs, and Outputs. An input module detects signals from things like switches, sensors, and buttons. This is processed by the CPU, which leads to an output relaying the CPUs instructions to a machine or device. PLC system functions can be expanded by adding extra I/O modules. These devices are widely used in modern industrial automation for controlling machinery, in industries such as packaging, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical, and printing. Allen Bradley offer excellent control capabilities with their flexible PLC systems to give you optimal power, performance, and peace of mind.
