Banner Photoelectric Sensor, Adjustable Laser Field, Stainless Steel Housing - Q4X Series - Q4XTKLAF600-Q8

Trust this photoelectric sensor from Banner to keep a close eye on your automated industrial processes. Thanks to its wide adjustable sensing range between 25 and 600mm, you can rely on it to spot objects near and far. Responsive buttons on the device make it a cinch to set up. It also includes a remote input, which lets you tighten up security and reduce the risk of tampering by optionally disabling buttons. The stainless steel housing means it stands up to impact and corrosion for longevity in harsh settings.

• Four-digit angled display is easy to read from a distance
• IP67 rating means it's dust-tight and protected against submersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes
• Optional background or foreground suppression offers a detailed sensing mode
• Dual tech mode allows for clear object detection without using a retro-reflector

Applications

• Automotive manufacturing
• Robotics
• Packaging facilities
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing

How do I clean this sensor's window?

Output Indicator:
On—Output is on
Off—Output is off
Active TEACH Indicators (DYN, FGS, and BGS):
DYN, FGS, and BGS all off—Two-point TEACH mode selected (default)
DYN on—Dynamic TEACH mode selected
FGS on—Foreground suppression TEACH mode selected
BGS on—Background suppression TEACH mode selected
DYN, FGS, and BGS all on—Dual TEACH mode selected
Stability Indicator (STB):
On—Stable signal within the specified sensing range
Flashing—Marginal signal, the target is outside the limits of the specified sensing range, or a multiple peak condition exists
Off—No target detected within the specified sensing range

The window is simple to clean using filtered compressed air, water and a lint-free cloth. As stray light can affect the sensor's performance, you should keep it free of fingerprints, dust and oil.
