VBPW34 Series PIN Photodiodes


The VBPW34 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of surface mount (SMD) silicon PIN photodiodes. They are available with gull-wing or reverse gull-wing lead types. The VBPW34 series are suitable for high speed IR detectors, IR remote control and Air data transmission system applications.
