Hannah Instruments HI-991300 Waterproof pH Meter

It is lightweight, compact and waterproof, ideal for routine field checks. Equipped with a 2-level display, HI991300 simultaneously displays pH or conductivity (or TDS) and temperature. Supplied with a robust multi-parameter probe with excellent resistance to aggressive media, it allows the user to measure each parameter in succession, without the inconvenience of an in-between calibration or probe replacement.

Calibration is carried out at the touch of a button, allowing access to pre-recorded pH and conductivity buffer solution values.

Accuracy is ensured by automatic temperature compensation and by the probe developed to eliminate polarization and oxidation problems frequently encountered in multi-parameter measurements. The user can select the temperature coefficient or TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) ratio appropriate to the application.

HI991300 is supplied in a carrying case with a pH/EC/TDS/°C probe HI12883, pH 4.01 (20 mL) and pH 7.01 (20 mL) buffer solution, 1413 μS/cm calibration solution (20 mL), 1382 mg/L calibration solution (20 mL), electrode cleaning solution (2 x 20 mL), 100 mL beaker and batteries.

Features and Benefits:

Waterproof and compact housing easy to clean;4 measuring devices in 1;Simultaneous display of pH, conductivity (or TDS) and temperature;Ready-to-measure kit delivered in rugged carrying case;Easy to perform keyboard calibration;Robust pH/EC/TDS/°C multiparameter probe;Automatic correction of temperature measurements;Adjustable temperature coefficient and TDS factor;Low battery warning indicator

Accessories available:

Where is a pH Meter used?

From laboratories and quality control to schools, pH meters have a wide range of application. They are often used in solutions to indicate alkalinity or acidity, some also measure electrical potential, these are called "potentiometric pH meters". Usually with a meter and a probe, some pH meters also measure temperature. Whatever type of measurement is needed RS offers a wide range of pH meters to meet your pH measurement needs.
