This dual-row PCB (printed circuit board) header from Molex lets you create up to 14 secure connection points for wire-to-board applications. The high-density 2 x 2mm grid design organises your connections while taking up minimal space on your PCB. Its nylon housing material is resistant to abrasion and chemicals for use in harsh environments. Solder this header in place for an extra-firm connection, even in high-vibration applications. The header has kinked solder tails that slide straight into the PCB during soldering for ease of use.

What are this header's contacts made of?
The contacts are made of a phosphor-bronze material that's highly conductive for reliable transmission. The mating side is gold-plated and the termination side is tin-plated to prevent corrosion and ensure long-lasting performance.
Molex 2.00 mm Milli-Grid Shrouded PCB Headers - 87831 and 87833 Series
87831 and 87833 series dual row Milli-Grid high density PCB headers with a 2.00 x 2.00 mm grid pattern for design flexibility. The shrouded design of these 2.00 mm Milli-Grid headers protects the contacts from damage. These Milli-Grid headers are available with a centre polarization slot that engages with a centre polarisation key on the mating receptacle to prevent mismating. Centre or side locking windows provide a secure mating connection to the receptacle. Other features include single or dual side slots, kinked solder tails for a secure retention to the PCB and locating pegs for automatic insertion process. These Milli-Grid shrouded PCB headers are available as vertical or right angle mounting and with a choice of contact platings
