The Fluke 215C add Industrial Bus Health Test to the Fluke 190C-series of Color ScopeMeters. Industrial Buses (Field Buses) link machinery on the factory floor to each other, to sensors and actuators and to centralized computers or control systems. The 215C offer extensive capabilities to test the functioning of the industrial bus by analyzing the electrical signals on the network. Supported Fieldbus types are: AS-i (EN50295, 166 kb/s); CAN-bus (ISO-11898, up to 1 Mb/s); Modbus (EIA-232 up to 115 kb/s; EIA-485 up to 10 Mb/s); Foundation Fieldbus H1 (61158 type 1, 31.25 kb/s) ; Profibus DP (EIA-485 up to 10 Mb/s); Profibus PA (61158 type 1, 31.25 kb/s); Ethernet 10Base2 (coaxial); Ethernet 10BaseT (UTP, 10 Mb/s); Ethernet 100BaseT (100 Mb/s); RS-232 (EIA-232, up to 115 kb/s); RS-485 (EIA-485, up to 10 Mb/s).
The BHT190 accessory (included with the 215C) is a set of 3 bus system break-out adapters for DB-9, M12 and RJ-45 connection systems. Each contact of the connector is made accessible for hooking up a probe. The BHT190 is optionally available to support the Fluke 125.
