Every 4 Series MSO comes with industry-leading probes ensuring accurate measurements start with loading of just 3.9 pF and up to 1 GHz bandwidth. The TPP Series probes will be your go-to probes for everyday use plus and additional 30+ probe options for current, high and low voltage differential, high and low voltage single ended, passive, power rail, logic and IsoVu isolated applications.
