Rohde & Schwarz RTH100 Series RTH1002 Oscilloscope


The Rohde & Schwarz RTH100 series handheld digital oscilloscope is a portable universal tool for laboratory and field use. It allows a bandwidth range from 60MHz to 500MHz, memory depth up to 50MS and sampling rate up to 5GS/s. The voltage required to operate this device is 300V. This oscilloscope has LCD TFT, touch display of 7in with a resolution of 800x480pixel. It has two analogue channels and has isolated channels for power signal measurements up to CAT IV 600V. This oscilloscope performs multiple functions like lab performance oscilloscope, logical and protocol analyser, waveform and pattern generator in one instrument. It includes RT-Z110 passive probe in 10:1 ratio.
