The Keysight Technologies Infiniium EXR series mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO) has unique frequency response analysis for performing control loop response and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) measurements. Infiniium EXR series models are powerful, easy to own, and intuitive to use. They also have screen display 15.6” touch, full HD, dual screen support with update rate is more than 200,000 wfm/s & eye diagram speed is more than 750,000 UI/s.

Bandwidth is from 1 GHz to 6 GHz and it is a 8 channels model

Sample rate can be up to 16 GSa/s

Memory 100 Mpts, upgradeable to 400 Mpts or 1.6 Gpts flexible memory 1

Resolution 10 bits, up to 16 with high resolution

Effective number of bits (ENOB) can be as high as 9.0
