The Vishay High Speed Optocoupler A is a single channel 10 MBd optocoupler. This high speed optocoupler utilizing a high efficient input LED coupled to a high speed integrated photo detector logic gate with a strobable output. This detector features an open drain output. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV per microsecond.
