The Vishay High Speed Optocoupler is a dual channel 10 MBd optocoupler. This high speed optocoupler utilizing high efficient input LEDs coupled to high speed integrated photo detector logic gates. The detectors features an open drain outputs. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of 15 kV per microsecond.
