Vishay Optocoupler
The Vishay IL755 series optocoupler is a single channel bidirectional input optically coupled isolator. It consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes coupled to a silicon NPN photodarlington per channel. It has forward voltage drop rating of 1.5V and forward current rating of 60mA. Designed for applications requiring detection or monitoring of AC signals.
