Broadcom Optocoupler
The Broadcom optocoupler is an HCNW4506 series intelligent power module and gate drive interface optocoupler. It consists of a high-performance AlGaAs LED that is optically coupled to an integrated high gain photodetector. The minimized propagation delay difference between devices makes this optocoupler excellent solutions for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time.
