Vishay Multiplexer Switch IC


The Vishay DG4xxLE series is a lower voltage pin-for-pin compatible companion device. It has an electric rating which ranges between 3V and 16V single supply or between ±3V and ±8V dual supply and is fully specified at +12V, ± 5V, +5V and +3V. Each switch conducts equally well in both the directions when on, blocks input voltages up to the supply level when off and exhibits break before switching action.
