Fluke Multifunction Tester Set, 1000V Maximum Voltage Measurement, IP52 - Fluke T5-H5-1AC II/UK

This multifunction tester set is a Compact diagnostic kit for electricians and engineers to verify voltage, continuity, resistance and current on site. It combines a versatile voltage/continuity/current tester with a non-contact voltage detector to speed fault-finding and Basic electrical verification across installations, maintenance and service tasks.

Features & Benefits

• Measures AC/DC voltage to 1000V for high-voltage checks
• OpenJaw current sensing up to 100 A for clamp-style measurements
• Resistance range to 1000 Ω for circuit integrity assessment
• Continuity beeper for Rapid go/no-go confirmation
• IP52 ingress protection for use in dusty or damp locations
• Battery operation with AA cells delivering up to 360 h runtime

Applications

• Suitable for troubleshooting control panels and distribution boards
• Ideal for commissioning site wiring and verification of circuits
• Used for on-site maintenance of motors and industrial drives
• Can be used for fault diagnosis of MOSFETs, SSRs and isolated converters
• Suitable for quick live-voltage detection on sockets and cabling

How is current measured without disconnecting the circuit?

The tester uses an OpenJaw clamp-style sensor that lets you measure conductor current up to 100 A without opening the circuit path.

What protection levels does the kit provide for use on mains installations?

The instrument meets CAT IV 1000V and CAT III 1000V input protection standards and conforms to EN 61010 and related safety approvals.

How does the non-contact detector indicate presence of voltage?

The pocket-sized voltage detector provides a glowing tip Plus an audible beeper when it senses AC voltage, enabling quick identification of live conductors.

What environmental range and durability can I expect during site use?

It operates between -10 °C and 50 °C, withstands a 3M drop, and carries an IP52 rating for protection against limited dust ingress and dripping water.

Which measurement and test types are supported for electronic power components?

The kit supports continuity, resistance measurement, and tests relevant to SSRs, MOSFETs and isolated flyback converter scenarios.
