This makes it suitable for machines that need fast acceleration at the initial phase. The unit has a power rating of up to 9kW, making it fit for use in heavy-duty settings. As an added advantage, it detects phase failure, which reduces the risk of abnormal vibration and overheating. The TeSys U is a modular system for motor control; it enables the user to create a customised solution for their control requirements, from a series of standard modules. The plug-in modules allow the assembly and wiring before the selection of motor protection parameters and control voltages, they can be created or changed in seconds by changing the plug-in modules. A host of DOL starting applications can be catered for.

Tesys model U is easy to select:


First choose a Power Base- 12A or 32A, direct on line or reversing. The power base includes 2 auxiliary contacts.
Then choose the plug-in protection module by motor full load current and control voltage required.
Additional plug in functions can be selected and added at any time.
The plug-in bases can use any LU9 type blocks see stock no. 493-8779 for base option
