ROHM Driver IC


The ROHM 36-pin motor driver is an H-bridge HSOP-M package up to 6A output current IC. This driver can facilitate low power consumption by direct PWM. There are built-in protection circuits in this IC. Each protection circuit operation contributes to set high reliability. This is a surface mount type IC with built-in protection circuit.
