Murata LLL and LLA Series Low ESL Monolithic Ceramic Capacitors
LLL series (standard 2 terminals, reversed geometry) and LLA Series series (8 terminal) monolithic ceramic capacitors (MLCC) with an X7R temperature coefficient. The LLL series capacitors have with a low ESL of 150 to 250pH suitable suitable for noise reduction at high frequencies (>200MHz) and the LLA series capacitors have a low ESL of 80 to 120pH suitable for high speed (800MHz to 4GHz IC decoupling. These LLL and LLA series monolithic ceramic capacitors are designed for use in power supply decoupling circuits for very high-speed (>1GHz) CPU applications and offer reduced "ground bounce", noise reduction and improved power supply response time.
