KEMET 0603 U2J Series Flexible Termination (FT-CAP)

KEMETs U2J series flexible termination multilayer ceramic capacitors (FT-CAP) incorporate a flexible termination system a conductive silver epoxy
is utilised between the base metal and nickel barrier layers of KEMET’s standard termination system in order to establish pliability while maintaining terminal strength, solderability and electrical performance. Flexible termination technology inhibits the transfer of board stress to the rigid ceramic body, therefore mitigating flex cracks which can result in low IR or short circuit failures. Operating temperature range of −55°C to +125°C.Capacitance up to 470 nF.100% pure matte Tin-plated termination finish allowing for excellent solderability.
