Adjustable LDO (Low Dropout) Linear Voltage Regulators, Linear Technology

The Microchip High-performance, low-power Arm Cortex-A5 CPU-based embedded microprocessor (MPU) running up to 500 MHz, with support for multiple memories such as DDR2, DDR3L, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, and QSPI and e.MMC Flash. The device integrates powerful peripherals for connectivity and user interface applications, and offers advanced security functions (Arm Trust Zone, tamper detection, secure data storage, secure boot, etc.), as well as high-performance crypto accelerators AES, SHA and TRNG. This is ideally suited for space constraint applications since it comes in a 8x8mm BGA package.

Secure Boot
Execution of encrypted code with an on-the-fly encryption-decryption process
Integrity Check Monitor of the memory content
Hardware encryption engine
Tamper pins and secure key storage

LDO (Low Dropout) Linear Voltage Regulators, Linear Technology

Linear Technology Low Dropout Linear regulators (LDO) present very low dropout, line and load regulation and fast transient response. The positive, negative and multiple output LDO Linear regulators come in fixed or adjustable outputs. Some LDO+ devices have more features than the standard linear regulators; some can monitor the voltage, current and temperature. They also feature program current limit, active output discharge or even control an upstream supply powering the LDO.

Fast Transient response time
Wide Input Voltage range: 0.9V to 80V
Output Currents from 100mA to 7.5A
