Silicon Labs low power C8051F97x microcontroller family has a long battery life as well as its high performance it also offers a capacitive sensing solution for human-machine interfaces (HMI) applications.

The C8051F97x MCU extends the SiLabs C8051F99x capacitive sense microcontroller family abilities with up to forty three capacitive sensing inputs, 32kB flash memory and up to 8kB RAM. Both series provide capacitive sensing with sub micro-amp wake on touch average current and dynamic range; supporting touch pads, buttons, sliders and capacitive proximity sensing.
The Simplicity Studio development platform lets you develop applications and capacitive touch sensing solutions quickly via the C8051F970 prototype PCB - C8051F970-A-DK Development kit (8193999).
