The Microchip PIC16F716 8-bit CMOS microcontroller has PIC® architecture into an 18-pin package with A/D Controller and enhanced capture/compare PWM. It operates on 2V to 5.5V voltage range. This microcontroller features 4 channels of 8-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter with 2 additional timers and a enhanced capture/compare/PWM function that make it ideal for more advanced level A/D applications in automotive, industrial, appliances and consumer applications. It has 2048Bytes flash program memory and 128Bytes of SRAM.
