The Renesas Electronics S1JA family type, PLQP package, surface mount, 64-pin 32-bit arm cortex-M23 core microcontroller has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5V. The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 48MHz and features 256kb ISP flash program memory, 32kb of SRAM. It has error correction code (ECC), flash area protection, ADC self-diagnosis function, clock frequency accuracy measurement circuit (CAC) and cyclic redundancy check (CRC) calculator safety features.
