The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, TQFP package, surface mount, 32-pin AVR processor 8-bit microcontroller with a hardware multiplier. It has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 32kb ISP flash program memory, 4kb of internal SRAM and 256kb of EEPROM. It has a real-time counter, four flexible timers/counters with compare modes, PWM, 12-channel 10-bit A/D converter, watchdog timer (WDT) and configurable custom logic (CCL). The series uses the latest core independent peripherals with low power features. It includes the event system, intelligent analogue and advanced peripherals.
