The Microchip technology ATMEGA family type, QFN package, surface mount, 32-pin AVR RISC-based 8-bit has a maximum voltage rating of 5.5 V. This microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 16MHz and features 16kb ISP flash program memory, 512 byte of internal SRAM and 512 bytes EEPROM. It has 22 programmable I/O lines. The microcontroller has a real-time counter, two flexible timer/counters- compare modes and PWM, two USARTs and more. It also has a byte-oriented two-wire serial interface with optional differential input stage with programmable gain, programmable watchdog timer with an internal oscillator.
