The Microchip ATxmega128A1U 8-bit microcontroller is based AVR® RISC architecture. It operates on 1.6V to 3.6V voltage range. This microcontroller features 128KB of self-programming Flash program memory, 8 KB boot code section, 8 KB SRAM, 2 KB EEPROM, external bus interface, 4-channel DMA controller, 8-channel event system, and up to 32 MIPS throughput at 32 MHz.
