The 3M 425 aluminum tapes consist of an aluminum backing, extra soft 70μm, and a transparent acrylic adhesive.
Very low vapor transmission rate, making it ideal for waterproofing
Acrylic adhesive combined with a durable aluminum backing provides long life in both interior and exterior conditions
A good candidate for masking operations in aluminum electroplating, as it does not contaminate the baths
