Eaton MCB, 1.5W Heat Dissipation, 70.5mm Built-In Depth - FAZ6 Series - 239034 FAZ6-C6/1

Stop overcurrents cold with this MCB from Eaton. It's a single-pole unit that's ideal for protecting simple setups like lighting systems or small motors. As a type C device, it cuts the power to attached circuits if the load current hits between 30 and 60A. Rest assured that resetting your system afterwards is as simple as flicking a switch. The front panel is also touch-proof, so you can safely toggle the switch without risking a shock.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C suits use in demanding setups
• Compatible with wires between 1 and 25mm² for easy compatibility
• AC voltage range of 230 to 400V AC for connection to most standard power supplies

Can I override this MCB?

Yes, if you need to override this device during testing or maintenance, hold the handle in the ON position. This keeps the circuit closed where it would otherwise trip.

How do MCBs work?

MCBs like this one contain a bimetallic strip that bends when overcurrent heats it up. As it bends, it releases the internal latch that opens the contacts and turns off your system. Manually resetting the latch turns your machinery back on.
