ABB System Pro M Compact S200 Single Pole Type C 6 kA

ABB System pro M compact S200M miniature circuit breakers are current limiting. They have two different tripping mechanisms, the delayed thermal tripping mechanism for overload protection and the electro mechanic tripping mechanism for short circuit protection. All MCBs of the product range S200M comply with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 609 47-2, allowing the use for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Bottom-fitting auxiliary contact can be mounted on S200M to save 50% space

Features and Benefits

•Extra-wide and complete range of MCBs to cover most applications and markets
•Space and time saving thanks to the unique bottom-fixing auxiliary contact
•Meeting worldwide standards
•For domestic or small commercial installations up to 6 kA breaking capacity
•IEC/EN 60898-1, IEC/EN 60947-2
•1 Pole

Standards

IEC 60898 - Relates to Low Voltage Circuit Breakers for use in household and similar
Installations. In the UK traditionally known as miniature circuit breakers
(MCB’s).
IEC 60947-2 Relates to Low Voltage Circuit Breakers for use in industrial and similar
Installations. In the UK traditionally known as moulded case circuit breakers
(MCCB’s) and also air circuit breakers (ACB’s).

ABB MCB, 50/60Hz Rated Frequency, DIN Rail Mounting - S200 Series - S201-C1

Use this MCB from ABB to protect your low-current-consuming networks from electrical faults. It features two tripping mechanisms – a delayed thermal system, which defends against overloads, and an electromechanical system to safeguard your network from short circuits. As it's a type-C device, it trips at 5 to 10 times its 1A-rated current, making it a practical choice for appliances with low to medium current surges. Thanks to dimensions of 69 (L) x 17.5 (W) x 88mm (H), this is a space-efficient option for compact setups.

• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C for use in demanding settings
• Thermoplastic housing provides impact protection and insulation to prevent electric shocks
• IP20 rating means that it's protected from objects larger than 12mm
• 6kA breaking capacity ensures it can handle high current spikes without suffering damage

Applications

• Commercial buildings
• Warehouses
• Residential wiring

How do I reset this MCB after it's tripped?

This device has a front toggle switch that makes it easy to reset it when it trips. It also has red and green indicators for simple identification of the contact position.
