The RF Solutions LAMBDA-9S series SMT package transceiver module is operated at 915MHz frequency. It has an electrical rating between 1.8V and 3.3V. This is an extremely high performance, cost-efficient radio module. This module including crystal, RF changeover switch and impedance matching network and track layout provides a simple digital interface and direct antenna connection.
