LM338 Linear Voltage Regulator, Texas Instruments

Adjustable linear voltage regulators from Texas Instruments capable of supplying more than 5A at an output voltage of 1.25 V to 32 V. The LM338 devices include short-circuit protection, current limiting and thermal overload protection and offer outstanding load and line regulation. The regulators are robust and easy-to-use with only two resistors required to set the output voltage. The LM338 is available in two package options: LM338K in a steel TO-3 case and LM338T in a TO-220 plastic package.
