The Cree Screen Master 4mm Oval series are made using an advanced optical-grade epoxy resin. This use of material allows the devices to offer high temperature and high moisture resistance performance, making them ideal for outdoor signal and sign applications. The oval shape pattern and high luminous flux also allows the devices to be ideal for applications, where wide viewing angle and visibility in the sunlight are essential. The C4SMT family is also designed to reduce the effects of long term, direct sunlight exposure through the use of an anti-UV material within the resin. The Cree Screen Master 4mm Oval LED devices are designed specifically for full colour video screens and advertising boards. They are ideal for use in screen installations where the viewers are below the screen.
