Kingbright SMT KTDG-9072 Series


The KTDG-9072 series, from Kingbright, are surface mount (SMD) LEDs with a ceramic substrate. The KTDG-9072 series includes a full portfolio of colour and white LEDs in packages measuring 9.0 x 7.0 x 4.2mm. The KTDG-9072 LED’s package consists of a ceramic outer package, silicone resin encapsulation, glass lens and silver plated electrodes. These LEDs have a super high flux output and high luminance with an electrically isolated thermal path. Designed for high current operations, the KTDG-9072 series offer a low thermal resistance. Kingbright’s KTDG-9072 series also offers ESD protection and are compatible with IR-reflow processes.
