The Broadcom SMT LEDs are in PLCC-4 package. A wide viewing angle together with the built in reflector drives up the intensity of light output making these LEDs suitable for use in interior electronic signs. The black top surface of the LED provide better contrast enhancement, especially in full colour display. It is compatible with reflow soldering process.
