Vishay TELUX Series LEDs


The TLWY7600 and TLWR7600 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are a part of the TELUX package LED family. The TELUX series are clear, non-diffused LEDs which offer a high luminous flux. The TLWx7600 LEDs are in an industry standard 7.62mm square package which uses AllnGaP technology. They provide efficient heat dissipation which allows for them to be used in applications which have high ambient temperatures. Suitable applications for the TLWY7600 and TLWR7600 TELUX LEDs include; exterior lighting, small incandescent lamp replacements and traffic signals and signs.
