The Kingbright Bi-Color Surface Mount LED has a Blue source colour devices are MADE with InGaN on Sapphire substrate Light Emitting Diode and the Super Bright Yellow source colour devices are MADE with AlGaInP on GaAs substrate Light Emitting Diode.
