ROHM LED Driver
The ROHM BD9397EFV series is a high-efficiency LED driver for white LEDs and designed for a large LCD panel. This IC is a built-in high current drive with high responsibility type 6ch LED drivers and 1ch boost DC-DC converter. It has some protective function against fault conditions, such as the over-voltage protection (OVP), LED open and short protection and the overcurrent limit protection of DCDC (OCP). Therefore, it is available for the fail-safe design over a wide range output voltage.
