The ams OSRAM LZ4 series LEDs provide exceptional luminous flux density. Each of the OSRAM LZ4 series LEDs is also available on a starboard MCPCB which provides a convenient mounting method.
Thermal resistance is 1.1 K/W (only MCPCB without emitter)
